Time/Hours you've played for: I don't know how to check but I've been on this server for almost a full month. I come on at least 2 hours total each day.
Information about yourself: My name is Matias Aalokoinen. I'm Trilangual, I speak English, Finnish (Suomi) and Nepali. I'm 15 I turn 16 in December (Dec. 17 to be exact). I'm in High school and take computer science classes. Although I'm in 11th grade I take AP Computer Science classes and by next year I'll be on a college level in High School. I do C# with JavaScript and can make commands for the server. I currently live in the United States to be an exchange student but I'm originally from Seinäjoki, Finland. I'm interested in being staff on this server.
Why do you think are you fit for staff?: I have experience from lots of different servers. I've owned my own server and know how the server runs and fuctions. I know the commands to be used when it shall be used. I personally think that I'm trustworthy. Not only that but I never have abused in any way and I don't just make sure the server is being managed properly and everyone is following the rules; I also have the skills to make commands for the server and possibly plugins.
How do you think would you help out in the servers?: Like mentioned with the last question, I can make commands. Also I will make sure for example, all players obey the rules. I can be active in not just ONE SPECIFIC server but I can be active with both servers and make sure everything is going properly.
How would you deal with troublemakers?:
1) Start off with a nice warning!
2) Give a Second Chance but Say ("The next time, it's a kick").
3) Obviously as stated above, I'd kick.
4)If they join back and do the same bad behavior I'd temp ban.
5)I would permanently ban.
6) If they join on a ALTERNATIVE account I'd IP ban.
What is the desired/chosen rank of staff you want to be? (e.g I want to be Adminstator): I'm not too picky but either Trusted or Moderator.
