Information about yourself: My name is Hannah and I am a sixteen year old girl from the hood (aka Memphis). I've been playing Minecraft since I was 11 and have been staff on many servers (alive and dead). I am currently a Sophomore with a 4.2 GPA in AP classes looking for a job. I've always been pretty much outgoing, but I am a very deep thinker. I can be talkative and I have a temper that is not as bad as when I was younger. I am an AP artist and I am also a poet. I'm someone who likes compromise rather than fighting.
Why do you think you're fit for staff?: I've staffed on many servers ever since I've started playing and I haven't really been banned on a lot. (But, I have been banned). I'm a person who tries to compromise and see both perspectives of a fight that breaks out rather than focusing on one side. I usually do well at keeping people from breaking the rules without being too abusive or lenient. If someone breaks the rules, I would give them a formal punishment fit for their offense rather than immediately giving them a strict punishment (And I've seen people jump the gun like so before).
How do you think you'll help out in the servers?: I would be sure to have everyone play fair and make everyone happy. I will keep fighting and arguing to a minimum and I am able to tell my friends about the server and have them come on. I do a promising job when it comes to keeping everyone in-check.
How would you deal with troublemakers?: First, I'll simply verbal warn them. If they continue to break rules, I would warn them. If they start fighting with me or someone, I would warn and mute them. If it continues, I will kick them. After three consecutive kicks, I will tempban them and/or tell a higher staff member of their misdemeanor. If a fight breaks out in the middle of the server, I will mute both of them. After muting them, I will PM them individually asking for their sides of the story and come up with a solution. However, both of them will receive a warning. If one (or both) continues to argue, they will be warned again and I will follow the same procedures as before.
