In-Game Name: RollingStoner (Smoking dem gud guds)
Your In-Game Rank: Trusted (Also known as the Firestarter and the one with the awesome mixtape)
Time/Hours Played: 16 hours and 27 minutes
Information about yourself: I'm a 16 year old girl and that's not how you start an information topic. I'm currently a Sophomore with a 4.09 GPA and I am in AP classes applying to be in a special SAT/ACT prep course. I'm job-hunting and I already have an offer for a job because I'm freaking awesome. I love making jokes and I'm a very abruptly, honest person. And, frankly, people don't appreciate that. I am kinda temperamental, but it's not as bad as it use to be. I'm pretty generous and I try to look for a compromise in a situation no matter how difficult it is for me or it is to find one. I am a pretty outgoing person who is really not afraid to speak up or embarrass myself. I'm a poet and I'm currently publishing a book.
Why Do You Think You're Fit for Staff?: I am well-known around the community (both good and bad) and I'm a person who seeks compromise. I may sometimes make mistakes, but I do know in my heart, I would like peace. If I'm dealing with a rule breaker or any trouble, I usually try to attempt to fix it with a compromise so that there is no problem later on. I have been staffing ever since I started playing minecraft which was 5 years ago. If I can recall, I'm not currently staff on any other servers at the moment except this one. I usually am the one people come to for advice, so I'm willing to listen (until it becomes very far fetched). I follow the rules myself and try to peacefully guide others the right way when playing on this server without being too strict or too lenient. I deal with problems head on without waiting for someone to deal with it for me unless it's something that is even out of my own reach. Even if I do follow the "I respect you only if you respect me" motto, I attempt to at least remain a decent attitude around the person I don't respect unless I'm provoked. I'm not going to lie, my temper will get the best of me at one point, but we'll just find a way to cross that river when we get to it. In reality, I'm an outgoing person who is quite endorsed or a celebrity around classicube whether it be bad or good. I'm a person who tries to find the gray in a black and white situation.
How do you Think you'll Help Out in the Servers?: I'll promise to keep the server to a minimum to no problems while it is online. I will follow protocols in rule-breaking situations honestly and effectively without causing more of an uproar (That is of course the person is a feral beast whom I cannot control). I'll enforce the rules without being too abusive and too lethargic while I'm following an example and the rules, of course, blatantly set up for me as a ranking staff member. I am gradually creating a Group Skype chat for both staff and also one for the community itself so we are able to communicate outside the servers. I'm currently talking with Buzz about the rules and I've a couple rules that are needing to possibly be established that I understand could really help the servers if these rules are indeed dire.
How Would you Deal with Troublemakers?: I actually just had to deal with one today! Anyways, this'll be a long, long post, but I'm sure you guys can handle it. I'll bullet my protocols by the rules so you can understand how I'd handle each rule individually rather than generalized. I will also list what I would do for that rule as a staff member.
1) If the request does not break rules and was made humbly and not disrespectfully, I'd follow on to the request to the best of my ability.
2), 3), and 9) If a mundane player is breaking this rule, I will freeze them and verbally warn them. Second offense: Kick them. Third offense: Tempban for 30 (first tempban) than 60 (the second tempban to where at this point I'll talk to a higher staff member or Buzz himself).
4), 5), 6), 7), and 10): This is more chat based, so I grouped them together into one protocol. I'll first mute the player and verbally warn. If it continues, I'll eventually kick them. But, if it keeps going, I'll have them tempbanned and possibly actually banned.
8): This one is for those who continue to attempt to come online to bypass punishment. It honestly really depends on the severity.
Logging off and logging back on after being frozen/muted: They will be frozen and/or muted for an extended time. If continued, they'll achieve a tempban.
Logging on to a /clone account after being (temp)banned: That account will get tempbanned extended if it's just a tempban. If they continue to come on, it will result in a permanent ban. If they start coming on multiple accounts, congratulations, you get /xbanned! If the account had already been permanently banned before, you're /xbanned!
Severe Case): If I am dealing with a higher staff member breaking the rules, I'll immediately screenshot the rules and report the person on the forums; this'll only happen if there is no higher staff member than the abuser online. If there is a staff member online, I'll talk to them and if possible, grab screenshots and witnesses.
What is the Desired Rank?: My desired rank is Moderator. If this application is exceptionally good enough, I'd be willing to take on the rank as Admin.
