Hi all It's me Lemon!!! I'm applying for staff again. When people said I couldn't vote on people's application's it made me very sad. I wanted to have a chance for putting my opinion for other people's staff future.

Time/Hours you've played for: 11 hours and 50 minutes! It does not seem long because I'm mostly on IRC ALL the time! But I'm still active.
Information about yourself: So my name is Jose Rodriguez Hernandez. I'm Hispanic and my parents are from El Salvador! I was born in the US and I'm happy to live here because I have lots of friends here! I found this game called minecraft in 2010. My brother Omar first played it and showed it to me. Without him I would of not been here playing with you guys. I'm 11 and I'm quite funny. I make people laugh and smile all day long. I love when people hangout with me and it's such fun. I'm in the 6th grade and I have lots of friends!
Why do you think are you fit for staff?: I think I fit for staff because I love all the players that are not rule breakers. I'm funny and very nice to each other. I try to stop arguments by saying "Both of you drop it" or "Be quiet you both!" and much more. I help on mistakes too. I also am very active in this server. But sometimes bad days happen. That's when the days I'm not active that much. The good days happen too. That's when I'm very active.
How do you think would you help out in the servers?: I would help them on problems such as a bully bullying someone, a rule breaker, and a friend break up. I also want to say I'm a very serious guy so I don't joke around that much when I'm mad or sad.
How would you deal with troublemakers?: I would first warn them. 3 warns is a kick. 3 kicks is a temp ban of 10 minutes. 2 temp bans of 10 minutes is a full 60 minute temp ban!. If the person still breaks the rule it will be a ban or a IP ban!
What is the desired/chosen rank of staff you want to be? (e.g I want to be Administrator): I want to rank up to trusted because I'm taking step by step on the ranks.
